Even in person, my sessions are non-touch. I will place my hands near but not on you. Some people feel the energy as a gentle tingling or warmth during the session.
I’ll incorporate several techniques in our session. This layering provides deep immersion in healing energy, and gives your body and spirit rich, restorative support.
Collaboratively set an intention for the session (5-10 minutes)
Energy balance and restoration
Shamanic healing through toning, rattle, bell, or singing bowl to dislodge and extract negative energy
Holy Fire Reiki attunement and protection
Golden healing light
Integration – you relax, I drum
Aftercare and next steps (5-10 minutes).
Your job during our time together is simply to relax and enjoy. Many clients experience a sense of calm and quiet peace during and after the session. At the start of the session I’ll invite my beloved guides, ancestors, ascended Reiki masters, and archangels – all manifestations of Divine Spirit – to join us. With me, they will hold you in complete safety and work for your highest good and healing. I’ll be a conduit for the energy, and they’ll send the energy where you need it.
Before you leave we’ll discuss the session and I’ll answer any questions. If any messages for you came in from your allies during your session, I’ll share those. We’ll discuss aftercare (Water! Rest! Time in nature!) and next steps. Some situations may benefit from multiple sessions – you’ll decide what fits.
